We utilize a variety of evidence-based approaches (including but not limited to EMDR, Prolonged Exposure, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness/Somatic strategies, Structural Family Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing), using a wide range of psychological tools and techniques, to find what works best for you. We believe in an individual’s resilience and the importance in finding and maintaining balance in one's life.
